From order to workbench.

1. Open a Shopify order

In Shopify admin, go to Orders and open a made-to-order purchase. BenchCue is available from the order's app block.

2. Review the customization fields

BenchCue groups public line-item properties with the item title, variant, SKU, and quantity. Properties whose names begin with an underscore are treated as internal and excluded.

3. Print the production sheet

Choose Print production sheet. A focused view opens for printing or saving as a PDF. It excludes customer identity, addresses, payment details, and order controls.

Before using it for live production

1. Place or open a test order containing line-item properties.
2. Confirm the labels and values your storefront sends.
3. Print one sheet and check it against your normal handoff.
