What does BenchCue display?
Item titles, variants, SKUs, quantities, and public line-item properties attached to an order. These properties are commonly used for engraving text, font choices, monograms, colors, and other made-to-order instructions.
Does BenchCue change my orders?
No. BenchCue is read-only. It presents production details and creates a printable view; it does not edit orders, products, customers, fulfillment, or inventory.
Does it include customer information?
No. Production sheets exclude customer names, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, payment information, and order-management controls.
Why is a customization field missing?
BenchCue shows line-item properties supplied with the order. A property with a name beginning with an underscore is treated as internal and intentionally hidden. If another field is absent, first confirm that your storefront or personalization app attached it to the line item.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. BenchCue runs in Shopify admin and does not require theme code, a storefront widget, or a separate login.
How long is a print view available?
Filtered production details are held in application memory behind a random link for no more than five minutes. They are not written to the BenchCue database.
What does BenchCue cost?
$7 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. The subscription uses Shopify's billing system and can be canceled by uninstalling the app.
